Naturally Native TG Planter: Purpose-Built for Habitat Restoration and Conservation Success
The TG One-Row Planter, proudly built in Edon, Ohio, is more than just a piece of equipment—it's a specialized tool designed to meet the growing demands of habitat managers, government agencies, and conservation professionals across the country. Precision-engineered and field-tested, this rugged implement streamlines the planting process for native trees, shrubs, and high-value biomass crops like Miscanthus giganteus—ensuring effective root establishment and long-term ecosystem success.
Built for Purpose. Built to Last.
From the ground up, the TG Planter is designed for one job done exceptionally well: establishing permanent vegetation in restoration and conservation settings. Whether you're planting bare root trees along riparian corridors or creating wildlife corridors with miscanthus or pollinator buffers, this machine reduces labor costs, improves accuracy, and boosts survival rates.
Key features that set it apart:
3-point hitch (Cat 1 & 2) compatibility makes it easy to hook up to standard utility tractors.
Heavy-duty coulter and shank system slices and opens the soil with minimal disturbance.
Adjustable trench flaps allow you to tailor trench width for species-specific requirements.
Ergonomic dual-seating enables two operators to efficiently hand-place roots or rhizomes.
Closing wheels ensure firm soil contact and eliminate air pockets—critical for root health.
Built with American steel and craftsmanship in the heart of the Midwest.
Ideal for Public & Private Conservation Work
Whether you're overseeing a CRP project, reforesting former ag land, managing a watershed, or installing wildlife travel corridors, the TG Planter was designed with field practicality and ecological resilience in mind.
It's already being used successfully in:
Federal and state habitat projects
Soil and water conservation districts
DNR and USFWS lands
Non-profit conservation groups
Pollinator and wetland buffer installations
Right-of-way and land reclamation sites
Made for Partners Who Care About the Land
At Naturally Native, we understand your mission—because we're land stewards too. That’s why every TG Planter is built with durability, simplicity, and restoration success in mind. When your job is restoring habitat, we make sure your equipment is as committed to the mission as you are.
