This is used. Needs a new BELT. The rollers and bearings appear to have a small amount of play - in frame where mounted. The tires are all good. The paint is good. There is a few some rust - sitting sand - no damage. Bottem line: the unit will need some work - Was not used all that much. Does work - can use will need a belt - minor TLC - a good solid frame. See pic top or rear panel all rusted - have no idea how this happened. No twin spinner.
