The item is used, in working condtion. The aerator works as it should. The pics best describe the unit. As u can see by the pics this unit was used very little. The out side of this aerator needs paint. The plastic cover has a few cuts - see pics. 1 of the plastic turf hold downs needs to be replace, many operate w/o them unless they are doing greens.
