Description
Very rare 1957 International 350 Wheatland Special Diesel. According to IH production records, only 146 diesel Wheatland models were built.
Powered by the Continental D193 4-cylinder diesel engine. Starts easily, runs excellent, and has plenty of power. Injection pump has been turned up slightly for additional fuel delivery and horsepower.
Features factory power steering that turns smoothly, Torque Amplifier (TA) works good, independent PTO and factory dual rear remotes. Also includes an added front-mount hydraulic pump.
Retains the original generator and tach drive setup. Features a new tachometer and new restoration-quality deluxe seat.
Tinwork is exceptionally straight with no dents. Original Wheatland fenders are in very good condition.
Rides on period-correct Firestone Field & Road 16.9-28 rear tires with good tread and minimal weather checking. Front 3-rib tires show typical age-related cracking.
A hard-to-find collector tractor that runs, drives, and operates well. Ready for shows, parades, collection, or light farm use.
