FPM 1.25m Rotovator F-LF125 EXCLUDES VAT. ***BRAND NEW*** FPM rotovator is perfect for breaking up compacted ground. The rear flap can be used to create a smooth, level finish to the soil. The FPM 1.25m Rotovator F-LF125 is ideal for tilling and breaking up compacted ground ready for planting. The robust, sturdy design, blades and gearbox gives this attachment a lot of strength. The left and right handed blades are mounted to the rotor cylinder and till the soil as the machine works. This allows the rotary tiller to effectively break up compacted soil to leave the ground ready for planting. Always check the land you are about to rotovate for any foreign objects or large stones. Remove these prior to starting. Lower the machine to the ground and start the PTO drive at 540RPM then lower in to the ground. Start at a slow speed to prevent the tractor or machine from struggling. Some compacted areas may need 2 passes at a lesser depth to start with then going deeper on a second pass. This machine will work best when the ground isn’t too solid or too wet. Looser soil types will be easier to work on such as sandy areas vs. more compacted clay. The skids are height adjustable for flexible use. The rear flap can be used to create a smooth, level finish on the soil, with a maximum tilling depth of 18cm. It is also adjustable for the exact finish desired.
