Neary 555 SRI Spin & Relief Reel Grinder -new arrival, very well kept / well maintained grinder - comes with accessories pictured -in stock and ready to ship -Two grinding functions in one machine: Performs both spin grinding and relief grinding, giving your maintenance shop the tools to properly sharpen and maintain mower reels. -Spin grinding restores a uniform cutting surface: Grinds the rotating reel to restore its cylindrical shape and sharpen the cutting edges for a clean, consistent cut. -Relief grinding restores blade clearance: Removes material behind each blade’s cutting edge, reducing the contact area between the reel and bedknife to help minimize friction. -Automatic blade indexing: Advances from one reel blade to the next during relief grinding, reducing manual handling and allowing more efficient sharpening. -One setup for both processes: Transition between spin and relief grinding without moving the reel to another machine. -Accurate reel alignment: Digital alignment measurement helps technicians identify and correct reel taper for consistent results across the cutting width. -Adjustable grinding controls: Variable spin and traverse speeds let the operator tailor the grinding process to the reel being serviced. -Enclosed grinding area: Cabinet and guarding help contain grinding dust and reduce noise in the maintenance shop. -Take control of reel maintenance: A valuable addition for golf courses, sports turf facilities, and equipment shops looking to bring sharpening in-house and reduce reliance on outside services.
